MakeMyTrip India — hotel booking in langkawi malaysia

I booked my hotel on 2nd Aug'17 more than 2 weeks before my visit to Langakwi, Malaysia. My booking ID is NH[protected]. I paid total amount in advance & my booking was confirmed by MMT. Once we reach hotel, we were shocked to here that booking is not done by MMT. MMT cheated me by sending message as booking accepted from hotel end. Finally called Hotel agent and they said that booking is not confirmed. Later after spending 4 hours discussion with MMT & their agent in KL they booked other substandard hotel for me. I am looking for full Refund since i was cheated by MMT.
