Iam job t shajan & iam from trivandrum. We had booked a hotel in chennai named clarion near us consulate, which is a 4 star hotel. We r 3 people in 1 room. U charged me around 5300rs per night My compliants 1. They just give me a mattress without a cot. What iam i supposed to do.. U want me to lie in the floor. 2. The bathroom is very untidy. How iam i supposed to take a bath in that. After paying this much amount, this is the services what i get from makemy trip and the hotel staff This is absolutely ridiculous & disgusting Was this information helpful? | |||
