[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — hotel non-availability post confirmation and receipt of vouchers

I have a confirmed booking for 7 pax to singapore this week. 100% payment paid as per policy, received all confirmation vouchers (Air ticket, hotel booking and land transportation). While my final confirmation was received on 26th sep on 4th oct i get a call from delhi office stating the hotel i requested for is not available. On questioning the same, he agreed to put me in a higher category room. On 8th oct i again receive a call stating no rooms available in my preferred hotel. What is surprising is all this while i have been receiving emails with hotel vouchers saying booking confirmed.in parallel, i have directly approached the hotel in singapore and received a confirmation that rooms are available this morning. I am really not sure what the goo[censored]p is but this a a mental torture. I am travelling with children (3 rooms in total) and 3 days prior to travel i have to go through all this. Till now i do not have any resolution.

The booking was confirmed basis the hotel availability and 100% payment also made against the same. I do not wish to change my hotel preference. Mmt should take care of the goo[censored]p and give me upgraded rooms which are still available at the hotel.

As I booked cab from makemytrip on 7th oct 2018. Sms got on time as: Payment of Rs. 910.0 received successfully with ref. no.: NC[protected]P01. In case of any issue please wait for an hour to get the updated status.But still not get any mail from yourside? What to do ? Help me out for same.
