[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — hotel staff declined booking of hotel inspite of booking being confirmed by makemytrip.com | |||||
I booked with makemytrip with booking id nh[protected] for a 3 day stay at ooty paying inr 5544.00 on 6th instant. I received a successful booking confirmation mail and sms. But today morning i. E 7th instant, i receive a call from the hotel staff stating that my booking is not confirmed from their end and to contact makemytrip on refund issues. Since then i have been calling makemytrip for customer support and also mailed them, but in vain. Was this information helpful? | |||||
