[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — im complaining about a refund | |||||
I booked a hotel in gurgaon for which the amount got deducted twice from my acc but when i contacted the hotel they said that the booking was not confirmed and they didn’t get any mails So i booked another hotel for the stay The amount that was deducted twice was only refunded once Since then i have been trying to contact mmt and i have provided every bank detail they asked for and it’s been over a month and there is no call back from their side and i get the same reply every time i contact them. I asked them to connect me to their seniors and they didn’t do so. It’s a big company and such things are not expected and we being customers should atleast get a closure but it seems like fraud And after reading so many complains online regarding refunds it looks like there is something seriously wrong I really want to solution to this problem.
