Hi team,
For my vacation in puri i booked hotel through make my trip. While booking hotel in mmyt it mentioned that hotel had ac and breakfast also included. However when we went for check-in hotel denied ac room and also mentioned that breakfast is not included.
We complained to mmyt before check-in however due to bad response from mmyt we had to do check-in in non-ac room. After that i had multiple (8-9) conversation with mmyt and every time new person will come and i had to explain them issue from start.
They mentioned that they will call back with resolution but never called back and my whole holiday was ruined. Forcefully i had to check-out from hotel a day before.
After much conversation with mmyt, they agreed to do refund of 2000 but after sometime they changed this and start saying that they did not got any complained from hotel
This is very bad customer service by mmyt. Could you please help me in this regard. Thanks
