Booking id:- nn[protected] Name:- godasi venkateshwar rao We have purchased the insurance offered by make my trip for the flight cathay pacific 14th august from bangalore - hong kong-sfo And return tickets from sfo-hong kong-bangalore. We have lodged a complaint on 14 th august stating the insurance details have not been forwarded to us. Its 19th august and we still haven't received the details, we are very disappointed as its been 5 days and we are still awaiting for the details.
