[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — international hotel booking - wrong category room booked for booking id: nh[protected]

I had booked room on 13 May, 2019, in Deluxe Double category for the above mentioned booking id for hotel in kuala lumpur as we are family, when it was booked it showed the same category but when i downloaded the voucher sent by mail it showed Deluxe twin, kindly go through this issue as i have complained 4-5 times but there is no response from mmt, attached screenshot for your reference.

In reference to your complained, we have checked the booking logs and found that room selected exactly booked by website and no error found.
As already mentioned, hotel policy is non-refundable and changeable.
