[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — it's been a month and now refund is denied to be credited | |||
Booking id - NF[protected] A month back i tried to book 2 tickets for delhi which costed me around Rs 9500. But after the transaction was, it said booking wasn't confirm. You can check the attached screenshot of it. But till now when i didn't get my refund back i mailed mmt again and the reply which kept coming was refund won't be done as the tickets were booked. which is definitely not true. Pls refund this large amount asap and don't loot the middle class people like this. I've been a regular customer of MMT so i would be glad if you refund it now Orelse i unfortunately have to raise a complaint in consumer court. I CAN EVEN PROVIDE YOU MY MMT ACCOUNT ID AND PASSWORD SO THAT YOU CAN CHECK IF THE TICKETS WERE BOOKED OR NOT. Was this information helpful? | |||
