They are thieves... They have deducted mu money 4 times when i booked only once and they are denying it. I have called several times and they are lying again and again that we are looking into this but again i called they said we are forwarding your request... I have attached my bank statement also it clearly states there are 4 deduction but they are not refunding my money... And there call centre people are useless they know any thing how to rsolve a query... They playing senior themselves and talk to the customers.. Ans there seniora are not even come on call... My account was debited twice on 01/04/2019 for payment of Rs.10, 894/-. against my booking NH[protected], after spending many many hours with your telecom executives following up for refund the payment is still outstanding. Please process the same on urgent basis.
