[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — amount deducted but no ticket booked. | |||
Hi, I just would like to let you know that you have a pathetic customer care. The booking was not done but my amount was deducted there has been no response what so ever from mmt. There is no way i am booking my tickets from your lousy web site! Horrible experience. There is a absolutely no way i cant get to any customer care executive. Finally explain one thing, how can i chat with a bot about a booking that failed to realize. Absolutely nuts!! Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have used make my trip travel finance and paid amount 3 times and I cancelled some ticket still on make my trip, amount is showing for payment. I mail several time to capital float and called so many times for MMT but still they are not sending me my transactions details.
