[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — makemytrip travel finance | |
As a regular user of makemytrip services, i have been offered mmt travel finance of rs.200000 through capital float. It is appearing in my mobile app and i have completed the auto debit option. But, whenever i am going on the final payment page their is no option to use this credit facility. I tried more than 10 times and when i contacted make my trip customer care, they are also not able to resolve the problem. And issue is not getting resolved. I don't know but problem is not getting resolved and feeling i am dumped by this offer. I have also attached of payment page. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Aug 23, 2019 MakeMyTrip India Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Apologies for the trouble caused to you. We're so sorry to hear that your experience with us was not as expected. We never want you to feel like you're stuck with a bad experience. Please note that the MMTF program is temporarily disabled by Capital Float (Lending partner). During this interim, on-boarding of the new user is not possible and the existing user cannot see the MMT travel finance in the payment page. However, the existing user will be able to see the MMTF banner so that he can make the payment towards his existing loans(If any). Regards, Team- MakeMyTrip Care | |
