[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — mmt made wrong tickets with the same amount | |
Rahul mamgain From the gurgaon mmt promised me to rectify the error which was done by the mmt...! My tickets were made From 2 nd jan to 6th jan but in the mail its shown up as 5th of jan I complained the same day within an house n rahul promised me that he’ll revert back within 24-48 hrs but no response has been taken i guess mmt is least bothered about their customer and clients...! I will pull this to the twitter n consumer court too...! That how u charged me for 6th and gave the flight tickets of 5th...! Thank you...! @makemytrip Had a domestic flight on 21/12/2017;due to medical emergency, had to cancel it.We were assured abt the right action; but people hv just been incapable to resolve.During conf call with Indigo, told to submit medical docs but no one has reverted.I called them 6 times 😢 But no one ☝🏻 s reverting
