[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — money debited but booking failed | |
I tried to book a flight roundtrip ticket on your app and it was of 4200 inr, which i paid using upi, and the amount got deducted from my account but the booking failed, the transaction id of the payment is p1903102140094223220645 so i want my money back, and there help desk is helpless, they are telling me click on some tag but it doesn't exist. There mail is not being monitored, now i don't know, how will i get refund.

Amount deducted through UPI payment & not received any Booking ID or tickets. Got SMS that amount is deducted. How do I get my money back.
