[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Money Debited from mobikwik but no Bookings shown in MMT | |||
I would like to inform you that i was booking a hotel room (Vedic Stay Haridwar in Haridwar) for the period of 2 days (checkin :- 25/09/21 checkout :-27/09/21) on 09/09/21 from MMT app and made a payment of Rs 732 via MobiKwik American Express Card against Transaction Id :[protected]. After the payment the MMT doesn't show any bookings. I want refund for the same and should be credited back to the original source. Further details are Email Id :- [protected]@gmail.com Contact no:- [protected] Transaction date :- 09.09.2021 Amount:- 732 Transaction ID as per Mobikwik:[protected].
