[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — money deducted but booking failed | |
I have been trying to book starottel hotel in ahmedabad paying rs. 11633 via google pay. Money got deducted from my account, but booking failed. I need to get back my money asap. There is no response from the customer service team of make my trip even after repeated messages, except for the automated chat bot response. I have also mailed them regarding the issue.
