[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Money deducted but Ticket not booked till now

I booked 2 tickets from MMT app for 13 th feb 2021 (Ahemdabad to Bhopal flight - 6E7166) on 1st feb 2021. Payment was done through BHIM app (screenshot attached). After the payment made, money got deducted from my Bank account but booking ID didnt generate and i have not received ticket till now. I have been continuously following up MMT on facebook and Twitter as no formal procedure is in place to directly call to customer care. Feb 15, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved MMT has refunded the amount MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 04, 2021 Updated by ashishsijeria I really appreciate consumer complaints for your efforts. MMT has initiated the refund process (message received from MMT attached). As soon as I receive my money from MMT. I will close the complaint.
