[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — need a modification in our booking and no one has responded to our complaint yet | |
We have booked a trip to bali which is scheduled on 21st june (Booking id nl[protected]. My husband met with an accident and we have been looking to modify our dates since 17th and no one has responded to our concerns besides the fact that we have called them numerous times. Our entire money spent on this trip is at stake right now and we don't see makemytrip bothered to address this concern and help us modify the dates. Was this information helpful? | |

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Further, in reference to your complaint, while validating your case we have found that the travel start date was 21-Jun and guest has placed the cancellation request at the last moment due to some medical issues. Since, booking was already confirmed with vendors and airlines and waiver in cancellation charges is completely dependent on vendor’s discretion.
