[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Poor customer service | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam I am constantly in contact with make my trip executives since 3 weeks but I have'nt received a satisfactory answer to my query. I always get an reply that you will be contacted in 3 working days, but that 3 days never come!!! So kindly check your complain logs, telephonic logs and event logs and answer me for the same. I had made 2 bookings on Make My Trip on 8th December 2016 under your offer of cashback of Rs. 12000/per passenger on Axis Bank Cards with the code 'CASHBACK'. In booking ID NN[protected]BDQ to EWR with returns) cashback of Rs. 24000 (2 passengers + 1 infant)is not being displayed in spite of 'CASHBACK' code was applied ! Payment was done with Axis Bank Credit Card. Even the e-ticket is showing the name of infant's name as Ms. Shivashish Brahmbhatt instead of Mr. Shiv Ashish Brahmbhatt. Why? In booking ID NN[protected]BDQ to EWR with return) cashback of Rs. 24000 is being displayed for 2 passengers. Payment was done with Axis Bank Debit Card. Still the cashback is not credited into my Axis Bank account, though it was said that it would be credited in 21 days. I really very very dissatisfied with make my trip service again. Maine galti se flight book ki uska ticket 6, 715 tha aur 2 min mai cancel kiya tho refund mujhe sirf 2, 779 aaya means i loss my 3936 rs that's not good for any middel class person i need my cash back see ur terms and condition i need my cash right now
