[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — nh[protected] : refund not given even after hotel refunded the amount to mmt | |||
Hi, Due to covid-19 pandemic i have requested for cancellation of the booking nh[protected] for which hotel novotel nusa dua bali has confirmed that no cancellation charges will be applied on 27th apr. But mmt response was that hotel is not giving refund, so i checked with the hotel again and they confirmed that they had contacted the make my trip agent and informed that reservation has been cancelled without any cancellation penalty. I am attaching the mail from the property where there communicated with the mmt about the same on 6th may. Even after 1 month the amount is not refunded and it feels like they are cheating and donot want to refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 28, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved As MMT has provided response on email that amount has not yet been processed by the hotel and will take another 21 days to refund the amount. MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
