[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — nl[protected] - refund amount not received | |||||
This is with reference to my booking with make my trip (Mmt), booking id nl [protected], trip to bali booked between 11-dec ~ 17-dec, 2017, booked on 12-oct-2017. Considering the prevailing environmental conditions at bali due to eruption of mt. Agung and also considering that state of emergency had been announced in bali from 27-nov ~ 10-dec 2017, i had requested mmt to cancel my trip and provide me complete refund of my amount (Rs 1, 01, 951). Further to this airlines in which i was travelling to bali also announced full refund to passengers who are not willing to travel to bali between 27-nov ~ 11-dec 2017. Also the hotel which mmt had booked informed me that complete refund can be provided without any penalty. (Mail attached) Further mmt in-charge (Mr. Mudit kumar nimesh) informed me over phone that local packages which i had booked in bali are completely refundable. (Anyhow i had not received any vouchers also from mmt for local travel in bali.) Considering the above situation i see that full refund is possible. Now when i am seeking for complete refund from mmt, they are processing only rs 41, 041 as refund. Upon asking for remaining amount, there is no reply from mmt, i have even tweeted this matter their cep (Mr. Deep kalra), even he seems to be least bothered about this issue. Hard earned money is being looted in this way, when every concerned party is ready to give full refund, why am i not receiving my money. What is mmt doing with my money?
