[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — nl[protected] fraud on luggage booking | |||
Nl[protected] We booked an international package to bali from india via make my trip. The mmt team confirmed that the additional luggage of 20 kilos will be included in the trip by paying 8500 rupees extra. At the time of departure the mmt team booked one sided luggage in rupees 4080 and assured us that the return luggage of additional 20kg will also be booked by them in approximately 4500 rupees. Now, the vacation is about to end and the mmt team is not reverting on this issue. The baggage team in bali is asking for 25000 rupees for the same 20kg luggage. We’ve been trying to reach out to mmt team for last one week but they are not reverting with any solution. Seems like we’ve been cheated. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
