[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — non issuance of booked room by the hotel. | |
The undersigned had booked two rooms in hotel zara grand, delhi (Booking idnh[protected], pnr[protected]. The undersigned had made a request on 11th morning to [protected]@oyorooms.com, requesting of late check in. Accordingly, we arrived at 11.45pm at the hotel, but were denied rooms, on the reason that they do not have any connection or responsibility with oyo, and have repeatedly informed them about their stand. I had to search for another hotel with my family, at midnight, and was put to much hardship. I demand total refund of the payment made towards hotel reservation. Was this information helpful? | |

I booked two times train ticket through make mytrip 1 st time one members ticket not confirmed and amount has not been refunded, and another time i am trying not to cancel my booking showing charting done and also trying file TDR, every time showing try again,
