I had booked a bus ticket from mumbai to shirdi with the bus operator ‘dolphin travels redbus exclusive’, after booking bus ticket i called dolphin customer care on 29th aug 2017 (Makemytrip bus id: nu[protected]), they confirmed that my bus ticket is confirmed and it is a sleeper bus.
On the journey date when i called them they said that bus will reach at the pickup point on scheduled time so we went there and waited, once scheduled time pass i called again, they said that bus will reach within 15 minutes so again we waited and when bus did not come so we called them again, they said same thing again…it happed many time until 12:00pm (Midnight) after that they stopped picking my call, after long time they picked my call and said that your bus is cancelled and we have already informed to the makemytrip, now you need to talk to them only.
Somehow we had booked new bus ticket and went to shirdi and when i came back i have registered my complaint –‘[protected]’ with makemytrip on the 3rd sep 2017 and waited as instructed by the makemytrip customer care.
I called again and they have given me a new complaint number ‘[protected]’ again i have waited and called but did not get any resolution till yet.
I do not understand why i am not getting my money back; i am just asking to return my money, what is wrong in it.
