MakeMyTrip India — not giving refund | |||||
I booked a hotel via makemytrip.com with flight, later on I cancelled the hotel only because that hotel was not not upto the mark. I asked them to change the hotel, they said we can not change the hotel and they give me the suggestion that cancel this hotel we will refund you the whole amount within 7 to 10 working days and book one new hotel. So i did that but on 30th of January, but now its almost 25th day today and i didn't get any refund yet. They are just giving me promises all the time... I am fed up with this thing now. Still no update from anyone, they just dont care at all, i would give minus ratings if that was available
