[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — not providing the booked cab and request to refund the amount | |||
Sir, I had booked one cab through mmt on 02.01.2019 for the journey to be performed on 03.01.2019 from shirdi to mumbai. It was intimated that the cab details shall be provided two hours before the journey which was to be performed at 11.00 am but till 11.00 am on 03.01.2019 no details was provided. The booking was cancelled by mmt despite our request to supply the vehicle immediately. This caused a great inconvenience to me. It was also told that the booking amount shall be refunded immediately. But i am sorry to say that the amount has not yet been credited back into my account. Kindly refund the booking amount immediately as the facility was not provided and cancelled by the make my trip company.
