Hello, My name is Ankit Goyal. I am a resident of Bangalore, India. I had booked a flight ticket from Dubai to Bhubaneswar for 27 March 2020 for 3 people(Myself, my wife and my daughter). Since, the COVID pandemic was spreading, I called the MakeMyTrip customer care on 10th March and asked them to cancel my ticket and reschedule my wife's and my daughter's ticket. My ticket(Ankit Goyal) was cancelled and the flight was rescheduled for my wife and my baby to 12th March 2020. I paid the reschedule fees for the 2 tickets - my wife's and my baby's. I was supposed to get refund for the cancelled ticket for myself. I got an email from MakeMyTrip that amount of Rs. 9216 would be credited in my account within 6 working days. However, I have not got the refund yet and it has been almost 9 months. I called up the customercare several times, also sent them email but there is no response from them.
