I have booked a cab through Make My Trip app, but they haven't responded to my emails/phone calls despite my repeated requests to them since last one week. They don't seem to bother about their customers. Pathetic experience with Make My Trip. That's why I decided to submit a complaint through Indian Consumer Complaints.
