MakeMyTrip India — promised service of initial itinerary not provided in final itinerary

This is with respect to booking ids nl[protected] and nl[protected].

As attached, under day 4 of the initial itinerary of thailand, we have been promised a trip of the chao phraya cruise. But, just a day before our travel, we received communication from mr. Ankit kaushik of make my trip that the chao phraya cruise is not included, and he sent us a revised itinerary. We are now feeling harassed by the company, because the above mentioned person has stopped taking our calls.

This is not the first instance of this harassment. We were in fact assigned the contact of mr. Kaushik after repeated requests to make my trip only four days before our.

Since our trip is scheduled today, we request your kind intervention into this issue to protect our rights as consumers since we don't know what other unpleasant surprises will come our way once we step into an unknown nation.

Attached:- 1) the initial itinerary mentioning the chao phraya cruise under day 4. (Bookings were done under the names of mayank sharma and surya prasad respectively)
