Refer to booking ID: NU[protected], We have booked BUS Service from Makemytrip for Mathura to Lucknow (Booking Date : 04 June 2019 Travel Date : 08 June 2019 Pick UP Time : 06:55 PM).We had received SMS from Amar Travel at 15:23 PM on 08 June 2019 that the BUS delayed by 90 Min.(copy enclosed).We called and discussed with amar bus services at same time, they confirmed the same and we planned accordingly to reach pick-up points. Again we called many times to Amar Bus Service at +91-[protected] /[protected] to reconfirm bus arrival timings, they told us to wait at pick-up point for sharing Driver/Conductor contact nos. We pateintly wait till 08:15PM at Rai Cut Yamuna Express Way, but they didn't resond to share Bus Driver contact no., after all we called to MMT Customer care and had a long discussion with MMT Customer care executive, they told that bus has been cancelled and there were no prior information.Even MMT Customer care person told me they only can refund such amount and cannot help more than that. Why MMT Customer care not inform us for cancellation of the bus thus they don't have another option why they taking services from Amar Bus. We suffer a lot from that crucial condition, My Wife (30Yrs), My Sister (24 Yrs) and My Daughter (03 Yrs) stand at a side on HIGHWAY in night there were no person or vehicle in that desolate area of HIGHWAY. We have no option to go back to any other place. There was worst condition we have to take police help to go back the Mathura BUS Stand, and" MMT EXECTUIVE TOLD US SORRY WE HAVE NOT ANOTHER OPTION FOR YOU." These MMT guys are only taking your salary to complete office working hrs. What we do if any misshappening we face on that time.who will be responsible for that situtation. I took help of DAIL 100 to move that location to Mathura Bus Stand had travelled with general bus in midnight with laguage. It was very occured position created by you. I am very upset from service provide by MMT. I will try to lodge a complaint with police if not satisfactory answered by you and post the same on social media. When I asked MMT Team (Mr.Sahil -Contact No.+91-[protected]) for refund such travel cost that we beared against urgent booking. They stirictly deined that it is out of company policy. I suggest to every one do not use MMT Services as they make setting with travel agencies to cancel pre-reserved booking and sell it to other person on higher cost and inform you that the Bus has been cancelled.
