I booked 2 rooms in Hotel B coral, pudicherry on 26th july, 2022 for night stay. When I called MakeMyTrip customer care to confirm my booking a guy named Raghu said my booking was completed and I could check in into rooms.
When I went to hotel and asked for rooms the hotel management said they have cancelled their contracts with oyo and MakeMyTrip, and they won't be able to provide rooms for us.
When I called customer care they said they will contact me and provide me a solution for this issue but they had not made any form of contact beside a mail saying " We are not able to contact you with your registered mobile number".
Please help me resolve my issue and provide me a refund.
