MakeMyTrip India — Refund issue and denied booking

I have booked a hotel in 24/06/2022 and stay date is 25/07/2022 but when I came to hotel for stay on 25/07/2022 then the hotelier is denied my booking then I call to customer care for this matter bur they are say please wait one hour then after 1 hour they have no call then I cancel the booking on 25/6/2022 but till date I have no recieved my refund amount.many time I have call the customer care but they are say your refund amount credited in your account in 48 hrs but till date 03/07/2022 I have not recieved my refund.
