[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refund not being made | |||
I had booked a hotel from mmt for 29th sep - 3rd oct. Sreelekha from mmt had promised that the hotel accomodates 3 adults and 1 child of 12 years old. After going to the hotel, they didnt allow us as mmt had booked a very small room. I had to pay a cash of 3540 /- to the hotel. Post returning, sreelekha took my hdfc account and promised that this amount will be refunded in 5 working days time. Today i check the amont of 2800/- is refunded to my american express card and they are saying 750 is in the mmt wallet. After this horrible experience with mmt, why would i use the mmt wallet again? I paid cash and i need my cash back in my account Audacity of the nijin from mmt that he cant return the amojnt was shocking. Was this information helpful? | |||
