Hi, This is in regards to the air india flight cancelled from mumbai to hyderabad on march 14. I had been following up with make my trip customer service for the past 1 month and spoke to 4 different reps. However, in spite of reassuring them to get the credit back within 7 to 10 days and no follow up required from my end still i had been running around you guys.
