[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Refund not done | |
I had booked a flight ticket through Make My trip application, but due to the seats being filled, the booking did not happen and also, the same amount was moved to My Wallet. I have requested for a refund to my bank account, but the team is not ready to do so and the reason they give is some technical issue. The amount of Rs10472 is lying in wallet without any use to me for last 11 days. every time an executive reaches me, they tell me that they will give another update in next 24 hours. Dec 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 14, 2016 Arun. G Rao's response Kindly close the complaint. I received the vouchers after a lot of struggle and tension. This will only spoil the reputation of thr company.
