[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — refund not processed for cancelled international flights by the airlines due to covid-19

On 26-3-20 emirates cancelled the flights due to the outbreak and spread of covid-19 but till date the refund has not been processed to us by mmt. Trying to chat or e mail doesn’t help may be due to the lockdown but we should be compensated by full waiver and refund by the agent at the earliest. Chat doesn’t help at all
