[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refund not received for cancellation | |||
I have booked hotel through makemytrip on via booking id as mentioned below on 09-10-18 and paid an amount of rs.19720 through my canara bank visa debit card and cancelled the booking on 11-10-18. Makemytrip have not credited the refund for cancellation amount to my bank account yet but when i raised a issue through their customer support vide reference id[protected] they closed the issue stating that my issue has been solved without crediting the refund to my account.
