MakeMyTrip India — refund not received from 3 months | |
I have had booked a ticket for amd-bom and bom-amd for 25th of oct from makemytrip. The airline was goair. On reaching airport, i got to know my ticket has been cancelled by goair as it has not received the payment from makemytrip. Makemytrip had confirmed my booking and pnr was also allotted. On calling makemytrip, they apologized and they assured me full refund for the same ticket. I could not travel by goair then. Till today, i have been trying to get the refund of 8891 rs. And whenever i call them, they repeat the same thing that it was a technical fault and it will take 72 hours from their side for processing the refund and nationalized bank will take 12 working days for crediting it to my bank account. This has happened 5 times with me. For your reference, i have attached snapshot of the e-mail i received from makemytrip on 8-12-17. The attendant was not ready to mail only but she did when i forced her to do. There is no option of communication except calling them. Even when you will visit their office in your city, they will just make you sit in a conference room and will get you a call connected to the same customer care. Endless loop! Pathetic service by makemytrip. Would never use it ever. Highly disappointed! Was this information helpful? | |
