MakeMyTrip India — Refund of air ticked whose booking has failed | |||||
On 3rd February 2017, i booked my flight from srinagar to jammu with ID NF[protected] but unfortunately due to some technical reasons i was informed by MakeMyTrip team that my booking has failed while they assured that they have submitted the refund amount to concerned SBI bank and full amount of Rs10816 will be transferred within 1 working day. but two days have passed and my account is not yet debited. now talking to the customer support they extended the refund date to next friday. Now looking at the complaints of others, i feel like MakeMyTrip is on a fraud spree. i request you kindly go through my complaint genuinely otherwise i will sue this company in consumer court and will take into account media as well.
