After struggling more than 5 months with MMT, this is most unacceptable and insulting for me as a customer where you guys have closed my customer care ticket as well as Indian consumer complaints forum:(:(
Is it the way MMT treat its customer and resolve the complaints?
MMT offered me cancellation of 1 passenger in my ticket where I claimed all 4 passengers refund with the mental torture i had and unacceptable time wasted in calls and mails
it can be seen in my mail chain which is more than 40 in numbers
Even if MMT disagree with my proposal, there are ways of discussing and close ticket accordingly
With disappointment even in this forum, i am forced to explore options of private advocate form India sitting in Dubai to present my case:(:(

Over and above that, MMT has not appointed any Grievance officer, there is no customer support mail escalation...not sorry to say but this is WORST EVER EXPERIENCE from any service provider in industry
