Further, in reference to your complaint, while validating your case we have found that our concern team has handled your case and post verifying the details with relevant teams and airline, they have processed balance refund of Inr 2082/- after deducting MakeMyTrip Service fee of Inr 300/-. Earlier, a refund of Inr 2494/- has already been processed from our end on 11-Aug-17. The complete refund should now be reflecting in your account.
