[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refusing to delete my account

I have been communicating with make my trip for several weeks now. They cancel trips after receiving payment, give me fake email addresses, keep me on hold for hours, do not respond to emails. Now they are refusing to delete my account unless i send my gov id. No where in their legal user agreement does it state i need to give my gov id to delete my account. When i ask for an address to send a legal notice, they refuse to give it. I will not rest until my account is deleted, and i will not give them any id as i believe they will misuse it. I cannot give a complaint number as the representatives on the phone refused to give me one. I have recorded all my phone calls with them for proof!

Updated by sdkds Furthermore I am on the call with Make My Trip and they are refusing to give me the postal address where I can send a legal notice. I have recorded this call as well.

Make My Trip - I cannot give you the booking ID since you canceled my booking, after receiving payment. Since you are not interested in fixing the problem, and you are refusing to delete my account without taking more personal details which are not asked for in your user agreement, I have sent a legal notice. Anyone who wants to send a legal notice to Make My Trip can use this address, provided to me by Tanya Sharma of the "Customer Delight Team"
