[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — refusing to delete my account | |||
I have been communicating with make my trip for several weeks now. They cancel trips after receiving payment, give me fake email addresses, keep me on hold for hours, do not respond to emails. Now they are refusing to delete my account unless i send my gov id. No where in their legal user agreement does it state i need to give my gov id to delete my account. When i ask for an address to send a legal notice, they refuse to give it. I will not rest until my account is deleted, and i will not give them any id as i believe they will misuse it. I cannot give a complaint number as the representatives on the phone refused to give me one. I have recorded all my phone calls with them for proof! Was this information helpful? | |||
