[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — room initially booked for 3 but final booking for 2 people | |
My booking id is NH[protected]. I booked hotel for 2 nights and 3 people for rs.14075 but when the final reciept came it shows booking for only 2 persons and when i contact make my trip, they say they will send the case to higher authorities and give 24 hrs time frame in which they just close the case without solving it. I have been trying to solve this since 3 days but i dont see it going anywhere. Was this information helpful? | |
