I have booked a hotel in darjeeling and my booking id is NH[protected] and it was the worst room ever I have seen . I have paid for deluxe room but I had get the worst room. I am with my family and there was no service and hotel was giving no response it is very bad that your mmt is giving bad room I had ever seen . I want my refund back otherwise I want to talk to higher authority And I will sue in consumer forum I am with my family and U are such giving these services .
