Hi, This is to bring to your attention that i spoke to sneha dua in make my trip who helped me with the domestic holiday package. As discussed with her Earlier, i'm still looking for someone to help me with the international packages. Though she have been a great help but i'm having really bad time with make my trip. I do want this to be escalated and want a call back from one of the managers. Let me share that i have been trying to get in touch with international team since 2 weeks and every time, i either get to hear that, there is a long queue or they have left for home. I have been given multiple information regarding their shift timings and have been fooled that i will receive a call back next day. Today i spoke to two people from sales team, rohit and parvesh kumar who were highly incompetent and uneducated. They both refused to answer my query and when asked for a manager, they at first said that "there is no manager available" and then refused help stating that "your query doesn't need a manager and we can't help you". I am shocked the way i have been treated by these 3 men I would urge you to listen to the call recordings. They were extremely rude and i believe that the manager virendra rawat was right beside them, however did not initiate to come on call even once. I wonder if mmt has been making so much business and they just want to lose their customer now. This is not my only account. My husband and i have been associated with mmt for over 5 years now and have never faced such disrespect, disgrace, disappointment and rude behaviour. The service level had gone pathetic. If you can help me for once and ask any manager to return my call and take this offline as i'm very upset. I would also need the complaints desk email address and the highest contact person's email address or phone number. I hope you guys would certainly not want me to go social about this and explaining my experience, hence would request a call back urgently. Awaiting your reply!!
