[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — the bus we booked through makemytrip didn't pick us | |||||
We booked the ticket on 08th september 2017- baghyalakshmi travels, boarding point as guduvaancheri 11. Pm When we called the contact number received from makemytrip, they said driver will contact you once they reach the destination. But we didn't receive any call from driver and the people from baghyalakshmi travel office also didn't pick our call. Finally we contacted coimbatore office persons and got the information that bus already left that boarding point before 1 hour. The driver's approach on us was bad and they not even cared about us. We two girls had been waiting for than 3 hours and one was suffering from high typhoid. Then we got a government bus at 2. This was highly disappointed and we need refund of our tickets.
