MakeMyTrip India — Ticket cancelation payment not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Nitesh Kumar and i booked a online bus ticket from Jhansi to Rewa on dated[protected] by Make My Trip who's, booking ID no is NU[protected].But due to bus is not reaching at Jhansi at my picking point, so i call to bus owner mobile no [protected] and talk to him he said due to election bus is not come at picking point so you cancel the booking and amount will be refund with in 5-6 working days.But payment not received yet. I also mark complain mail to MMT but they don't provide the any support. Now bus owner not co-operating or not refund my payment,
