[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Ticket not confirmed but money deducted from my account | |
I booked a ticket from Kannur to Mumbai for 14 th October, 2021. But the ticket is not confirmed and money is deducted from my account. I only have the message from bank side about deduction. There is no history in trip history of MMT. Message for deduction is as follows Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.2248 frm A/c X2405 to Makemytrip. Ref IGALZJFDR4 on 14Sep21. Since my bank have not credited Refund amount 8946 against failed flight booking from MakeMyTrip reference ID NF[protected]
Request you please refund me Rs. 8946 in my AXIS bank account Reference Bank PRN No WUTI[protected]
Unless refund amount I can’t able to book my next flight ticket
