Deat sir, I had booke my ticket to newzeland through make my trip india, by sungaporeairlines. I got a valid visa for new zeland. When i reached delghi from gujarat the airline did not allo me yo board the scheduled flight. According ti them atbrisbane though it eas one hour wait but a transit visa was required. When i contacted make my teop they casually said we will cancel this yicket you book another ticket which at last moment costed me rs 143000. Assuring me yo refund the ticket which they would cancel.
