I have booked round trip from Bangalore to Delhi.
Travel Start Date was Mon, 27 Apr 2020 to
Travel End Date was Thu, 7 May 2020.
Amount Paid to MMT was Rs. 23081
The flight was cancelled due to Covid lockdown. Now after one year, I was able to initiate the refund from the MMT. The issue is
1. The MMT Wallet says the amount is Rs. 20481 where as I have paid an amount of Rs. 23081.
2. While trying to transfer the amount to my original payment mode, I got an error and am unable to get the amount back.
3. I have tried to contact the customer support but there is no option to contact the agent and the automated response do not have any option to complaint about the refund error.
4. I sent an email to their support but got an automated reply that I have to try in the website or mobile app. Both the website and mobile app are giving an error while trying to get the refund. (Refer the Attached images)
